Volunteering in Tanzania

Hello, my name is Ava and I’m 14 years old and live in Torquay. I am fundraising to volunteer in Tanzania with Camps International in July 2025 for 4 weeks, through my school, Spires College in Torquay. When I am in Tanzania I will be living and working closely with local people, to improve their infrastructure, by repairing their villages and schools and making a positive impact on the surrounding environment through conservation work.I will be making a difference to peoples lives and learning important life lessons for my future. 

I need to raise £4500.00 in total. So far I have raised £4010. 00 (Nov 24). £1710 from Vinted by recycling friends clothes and I have raised other money through baby sitting, dog walking, summer fairs, Christmas Tombolas, baking and selling cupcakes and biscuits and car boot sales. I just need to do a final push to get to the end, if you have any ideas please let me know. I’m so excited for my trip, only 7 months till I go in July 2025.
