Volunteering for Clean Water in Benin

Hi! I’m Leah, a 20-year-old student studying Global Sustainable Development and Business Studies. I’m passionate about helping people around the world use resources more sustainably to lead fulfilling lives.

This summer, I’m volunteering with Reach Beyond to support clean water initiatives in Benin!

Reach Beyond has already built over 30 wells in Benin, providing vital access to clean water. But the work doesn’t stop there. I’ll be helping to assess the impact of these wells—understanding how they’ve transformed lives and ensuring they continue to operate safely and effectively.

To make this possible, I’m aiming to raise £2,092 as recommended by Reach Beyond to cover the costs of accommodation, food, and other essential expenses during my time there.
