Hi my name is Dan and I’m heading to Peru next summer with Camps International organised by my school to volunteer on community and conservation projects for a whole month. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to make a real difference I’ve been working really hard to fund it myself through gardening, dog sitting, digging out a shed base, painting, car washing and odd jobs for neighbours, family and friends .

My most recent fund raiser to help towards my fundraising goal, is a sponsored walk— 31k, a few blisters, and probably some questionable snack choices along the way. Every step takes me closer to Peru, every penny helps make me feel more responsible for making my adventure possible.
