Volunteering as a student nurse in Tanzania Africa

I am running the Great Limerick Run 10k on May the 4th to raise funds to volunteer as a student nurse in Arusha Tanzania. In January 2026, I will be volunteering as a general nursing student in Arusha Tanzania, Africa, alongside 10 other students from the University of Limerick. Some of the girls will also be vollenteering as student midwifes. I will work in hospitals and clinics, assisting in providing essential medical care and support to disadvantaged communites. This incredible opportunity will allow me to gain hands-on experience in healthcare while making a meaningful impact on the local community. This is my first fundraiser and we need to raise a total of 2,500! All funds going to Arusha Tanzania
