Hi my name is Stephen I have a disability and involved helping out with a charity I am on the committee and help run the charity I am without a car and rely on a car to help run this charity I also take people to the swimming club on a Sunday I am unable to get to club sessions and committee meeting without a car and now struggling with work without a car and that's effecting my leg disability
