In mei 2024 werd duidelijk dat een pleeggezin in Vlaardingen kinderen ernstig heeft mishandeld en verwaarloosd. Uit de rechtszaken van november 2025 blijkt hoe groot de schade is voor zowel de kinderen als hun biologische ouders. De strafzaak is voorbij, maar hun herstel begint nu pas.

Het doel

We zamelen geld in om deze kinderen direct te helpen: een veilige, fijne kamer, basisbenodigdheden of juist iets leuks zoals een uitje. Ik sta in contact met Bart Visser via Namens de Familie, woordvoerder van de getroffen gezinnen, zodat het geld rechtstreeks bij hen terechtkomt.

In May 2024, it became clear that children placed with a foster family in Vlaardingen had been severely abused and neglected. Court proceedings in November 2025 revealed the extent of the harm done, not only to the children, but also to their biological parents. The criminal case has ended, but their healing journey is only just beginning.

Our goal

We are raising funds to support these children directly: a safe and comfortable bedroom, essential everyday items, or something joyful such as a weekend away. I am in contact with Bart Visser via Namens de Familie, spokesperson for the affected families, to ensure that all funds go directly to those who need them most.
