For those of us that live in the Bathurst and Rutherford area and frequent the Tim Horton's in the Sobeys plaza, you likely know Vishnu. He works the drive thru window 7 days a week.
In a time of such uncertainty, he is and always has been a ray of sunshine! I, like many others look forward to my morning coffee, fist bump, huge smile, worldly quotes, weather reviews, silly jokes and the "have an amazing day". I know there are residents who actually go out of their way to hit up this Tim Horton's because of Vishnu.
What you don't know is that he used to attend York University for IT and had to leave due to finances.
Given the time of year Xmas, Hannukah........let's all do something live changing and special for this amazing human being. Many of us are much more fortunate financially then he is.
I am asking that anyone who's lives he has impacted in a positive way, like mine and my children's.....we do something to give back to someone who gives to us daily.
Vishnu is much more than a guy in a mask working the Tim Horton's drive thru. He is am amazing human being.
AS A COMMUNITY, LET'S SHOW HIM HOW MUCH WE CARE, send him back to school, assist in him buying presents for family etc......
