Hi everyone, my name is Vishnu Arumugam, a Life Scout working towards my Eagle rank with Troop 3143, and I'm incredibly excited to tell you about my Eagle Scout Service Project benefiting the Chattahoochee Nature Center. My project focuses on directly supporting their vital greenhouse operations and visitor experience. I'll be constructing four specialized, heavy-duty wooden tables, each measuring 8 feet long, 4 feet wide, and 2.5 feet tall. These tables are topped with wire mesh to provide air circulation and drainage for the plants being held in the greenhouse, helping the Center grow stronger, healthier native flora for their conservation and education missions. Additionally I'll be building two sturdy wooden benches, offering a place to rest and appreciate the greenhouse environment. This project requires lumber, hardware, wire mesh, and other materials to build these essential pieces to CNC's specifications. Your support will help me purchase these supplies and make a tangible, lasting contribution to this amazing community resource.
