Viscous dog attached my mom

Hi my name is Armando. I’m raising money to help my Mother with her medical bills. She was attached by a viscous dog and she lost 3 finger tips and the dog ripped her arm down to the bone and dislocated her other arm. She needed emergency surgery and has no mobility in both arms.
