Reconciliation Leadership

Friends,

I am in the process of developing a spiritual version of the Reconciliation Leadership training curriculum that I created while working at the United Nations for 30 years. About to turn 81, the transition to new leaders for this work is part of my legacy.

The process of identifying and training new leaders is taking longer than anticipated. To complete the current stage of this process, I need your help and contribution towards the shortfall of $6,000.

The program has reconciliation and our goodness at its core and teaches participants how to deal with conflict to build trust and emotional balance which strengthens a community’s ability to discern, work, and act together.

I am hoping to continue training and coaching leaders

in the Foundations of Reconciliation Leadership.

The program is designed to stabilize and empower emerging and seasoned leaders to develop reconciliation tools, techniques, assumptions and perspectives to heal historic and current challenges. RLs are willing to offer wisdom, emotional balance and inner peace in troubled times.
