What Happened

On the evening of December 18, 2025, Dipu Chandra Das, a 28-year-old Hindu minority in Bangladesh, was brutally killed in public.

His crime?

A lie.

A false accusation of blasphemy — later proven untrue — spread faster than truth ever could.

Rumors became rage.

Rage became a mob.

And a young man was murdered:

• without evidence

• without protection

• without justice

• A member of Bangladesh’s Hindu minority

• A garment factory worker

• A devoted husband

• A loving father to an 18-month-old daughter

• The sole provider for his parents and family

In one night, everything his family depended on was taken away.
