Hi, my name is Joel Reid and I’m raising funds for an incredible opportunity to travel to Tanzania in 2026 with The Vine Trust. During this trip, I’ll be working alongside local communities to help build essential infrastructure in areas affected by poverty — such as homes, schools, and community facilities.

This cause is important to me because I believe everyone deserves access to safe shelter, education, and the basic resources needed to live with dignity. By taking part, I’ll be contributing directly to projects that can transform lives and provide long-term benefits for families and future generations.

All funds raised will go towards covering the costs of materials, tools, and support needed for the building projects, ensuring we can make a meaningful and lasting impact. Every donation counts.

On Monday, 18th of August, I’ll be climbing Ben Nevis to raise funds and awareness for this cause. Every step I take up the UK’s highest mountain will bring us closer to making a real difference in Tanzania.
