Vine Ministries Christmas 2024 - Easter 2025 Fundraiser

Lent 2025
Hello Friends of Vine Ministries,
Due to the unique challenges and transitions of this past winter, we are still seeking to achieve our goal of raising half of this year's rent, as well as $1000 towards the costs of operating our school. Earlier this year, our otherwise peaceful village suffered a sustained gang attack that devastated our community and demanded our complete attention. By the grace and mercy of God, none of the children were harmed or abducted in this senseless violence, though we grieve with our neighbors who lost loved ones in the attack and continue to keep them in our prayers.
The wave of violence we experienced was a good reminder of how precious life is, especially the lives of our nation's youth. As we effectively relaunch this fundraiser while our community continues to heal, we are asking you to join us in our mission of providing full-time housing and other essential needs for some of Haiti's most vulnerable children, as well as a quality education for the youth of our area. This is a very precarious time for our country, and the young generations of Haiti desperately need our help. With this in mind, we ask you to prayerfully consider giving today.

Christmas 2024
This year has been very difficult for Haiti. Many have lost their lives in recent outbreaks of gang violence and hundreds of thousands of our neighbors have fled their homes to seek safety. The violence even forced the stores in our town to close down recently, temporarily cutting off our access to new supplies. In times like this, Christmas is a great reminder that God is always with us, even in life’s darkest moments. You are a reminder of this as well. During one of the most unstable chapters in our nation’s history, your support has helped Vine Ministries continue to fulfill our mission of showing God’s love to the children of Haiti’s through providing for their most essential needs and helping them grow into the amazing men and women that God is calling them to be. This year, as a part of our holiday fundraiser, we are aiming to raise at least half of the annual rent for our orphanage, as well as a deposit for our schoolhouse, so that we can return to providing a quality secondary education to the youth of our town. We’re asking you to prayerfully consider partnering with us in this, so that we can continue to be a beacon of the hope that we have in Jesus, our great light that the darkness will never overcome. We hope you had a wonderful Christmas and have an abundantly blessed year ahead!
