Let’s Support Vince

As most of you know, Vince recently lost his Pokémon GO account, something he spent 9 years building with so much passion. Along the way, he also built this amazing community and gave so much of his time and energy to us all.

We want to give something back. This GoFundMe is a way to show him how much we care and appreciate everything he’s done. Whether he uses it to start fresh in the game or to create new experiences. It’s about giving him hope and reminding him he’s not alone.

Every little bit helps, and it’s our chance to say thank you, Vince.

Farewell...

Hi everyone it is with great sadness that I must inform you all that I will be stepping down as Community Ambassador and quitting Pokemon Go. Unfortunately a few days ago both my account and email was compromised and everything I worked on since 2016 has been permanently deleted. Basically the worst nightmare for any PoGo player! For the last few days I have tirelessly tried every possible way to recover my account, working with Niantic, but I am now at that point where I know nothing can be done and have accepted it is lost forever.

Currently I have no plans to create another account but that doesn't mean to say I'll never play again, it is just very unlikely. When you lose something which you invested nine years of your time, effort and money into it's very hard to just start over again. I hope you can all understand my position.

I would like to thank everyone who supported me up to now and helped grow this amazing Community into what it is. To all the friends I made along the way I will still keep in touch with you all. You can contact me via WhatsApp or on Twitter/X (@VinvincibleX) as usual.
