Vietnam Solo Ride for Baby Lifeline
From 16th October to 2nd November, I’m riding a motorbike solo from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi – nearly 2,000km through Vietnam, staying in budget hostels and taking the journey day by day.
My son Joshua, who sadly died at just 9 days old due to serious failures in maternity care, would have turned 17 on 27th October. This trip will coincide with a difficult anniversary and memories no parent should ever have to face.
I’m using the journey to raise funds for the brilliant charity Baby Lifeline, which works to improve maternity safety and prevent avoidable tragedies like Joshua’s.
Please donate if you can – and thank you for helping me turn this ride into something meaningful.
