<div>From 16th October to 2nd November, I’m riding a motorbike solo from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi – nearly 2,000km through Vietnam, staying in budget hostels and taking the journey day by day.

<div>My son Joshua, who sadly died at just 9 days old due to serious failures in maternity care, would have turned 17 on 27th October. This trip will coincide with a difficult anniversary and memories no parent should ever have to face.

</div>
<div>I’m using the journey to raise funds for the brilliant charity Baby Lifeline, which works to improve maternity safety and prevent avoidable tragedies like Joshua’s.

<div>Please donate if you can – and thank you for helping me turn this ride into something meaningful.
