Peace All!
Vibrant Lives: Discovering Our Roots of Black Vermont is an oral history project centered on preserving the stories and narratives of Black Vermonters who have been agents of change across the African Diaspora.
We are raising funds to employ youth of African descent to interview a range of community members in an expansive legacy-building capacity that will result in:
A mobile traveling exhibit of the narratives accessible to schools, community centers, libraries, and museums
A culminating event highlighting the original participants, interviewers, and interviewees
An online platform to access the full interviews in visual and audio form
A miniature booklet detailing the experiences and overview of the project
Please join us and support this valuable initiative and spread the word!!!
