Hi! You have probably landed here because of my video on tiktok. So you know I have been in an abusive marriage for over ten years. I gave up a career to be a SAHM. I have had part-time jobs since having children. Most recently, a substitute teacher, but since it is summer that income is gone for a few months. My husband has taken a lot of the money out of our joint account and put it in an account in only his name so I cannot access it, which means getting him to leave is nearly impossible since I have not been able to get a full-time job despite so many applications over the last year. Our rent is 2,000/month, I am hoping to get at least one month's rent. Unfortunately, lawyers in the area are backed up until August.

So many of you wonderful souls have asked how you can help, I love you for that, so I started this gofundme as suggested by someone so people all over the world can donate. Funds will go toward divorce fees and paying rent on my house after I get my husband out of here.

I wouldn't be where I am in this process without all of you. ❤️ No matter how much you donate, it is so meaningful, even a dollar. The gesture of having a community to support me is giving me life.

When the time comes that the divorce is final, any funds that ended up not being used will be donated to a non-profit that supports victims of domestic abuse.
