5th Baptist Veterans Ministry Patriotic Rest Stop

Have you walked, strolled, bicycled, or jogged on the Dr. Charles K. Price's Trail? It runs alongside Richmond Henrico Turnpike from Valley Road to Brookland Park Boulevard. The winding paved trail has plenty of shade, a few hills, and some wildlife for your enjoyment.

The Fifth Baptist Church Veterans Ministry has donated a bench to the city of Richmond for the trail users. Pedestrians may want to stop and rest or enjoy the scenery and peaceful tranquility. The resting area will be known as the Veterans Ministry "patriotic rest stop."

The Fifth Baptist Church Veterans Ministry is seeking to raise $2,000.00 to help us beautify the patriotic rest stop for the next four years. Our four year plan will align with winter, spring, summer, and fall.
