We are a Veteran organization of Airborne Paratroopers. Our members have served in every war from WWII to Afghanistan and Syria. The Benavidez - Patterson All Airborne Chapter of the 82nd Airborne Association is in dire need of assistance to recover from flood damage that destroyed our parking lot. We have done our best to level the ground but the pavement is now gone and water continues to create ruts and holes. The sandbags only stop the water to a point. Our elderly members struggle to enter the building, especially those that are wheelchair-bound. We did not have flood insurance. The total cost for the parking lot is $58,000. We have only raised a third of that. We need your help. We have Vendors willing to provide materials but the work needed for drainage control is extensive.
