Veteran Dad’s Struggle: Help Me See My Son Again
Donation protected
I am a 32-year-old father, veteran, and student, grappling with mental illnesses. Early on, I made mistakes in my marriage but have taken full accountability for them. In the midst of my struggles, I made significant positive changes—I quit drinking, sought specialized therapy, and earnestly followed my ex-wife’s guidance.
Despite my efforts, my ex-wife, armed with an attorney and aware of my mental health challenges, used alienation tactics to separate me from my son. She has left me in a dire situation, already without support and in recovery, often worrying about how I will manage to eat. Her actions have placed me in the worst possible position to be able to see my beloved son.
But I will not give up, I cannot give up, and I will keep fighting for him. The truth will come to light one day, and she will have to answer for it.
