Four years ago, this wasn’t a “program.” It wasn’t a polished nonprofit pitch deck.
It was a simple idea: Get veterans back together. Give them something real to do.
So Cleared Hot Co. rented an airplane… and sent it.
What VetBoogie Actually Is
VetBoogie is a veteran-only skydiving event built around one thing: community through shared challenge.
No influencers.
No spectator tickets.
No profits.
Everything for the boys.
Just veterans and active service members showing up, getting uncomfortable, and building something that actually lasts beyond the weekend.
What We’ve Built So Far
2023 — 55 veterans
One aircraft. One day.
Proof of concept.
2024 — 100 veterans
Two days. Tandem jumps introduced. Wind tunnel training added.
We doubled down.
2025 — 150+ veterans
Multiple aircraft. More flight time. Expanded programming.
The largest and smoothest event yet.
Every year we’ve grown—not just in size, but in impact, structure, and execution.
Why This Matters
A lot of veterans don’t need another speech. They don’t need another pamphlet.
They need:
A reason to show up
A team again
A shared experience that actually demands something from them
VetBoogie delivers that.
It’s not therapy. It’s purpose—disguised as chaos at 13,000 feet.
What 2026 Looks Like — “Year of the Cobra”
We’re pushing this further than ever:
175–200 participants
Dedicated aircraft and increased flight time
More tandem opportunities for first-time jumpers with added ind tunnel training blocks
This isn’t just another year. This is the evolution of everything we’ve built.
Where the Money Goes
This event is not free—and that’s intentional.
Participants pay a $100 registration fee to lock in commitment and reduce no-shows.
That fee covers:
Event jerseys, coins, flags, and patches
Saturday night meal
Basic event infrastructure
What it does NOT cover:
Aircraft flight time (the biggest cost)
Equipment rentals for tandems
Training resources
Media and logistics to scale the event properly
That’s where this campaign comes in.
About the Nonprofit
VetBoogie is funded through Build Your Community Inc., a volunteer-run 501(c)(3).
We have no employees - 100% volunteer based. Admin costs capped at ~5% (web hosting, legal, tax compliance). The rest goes directly into building and running the Vetboogies and the Phase 2 program: helping veterans earn their skydiving licenses through partnered drop zones and volunteer instructors
