My brother Keith, along with his wife Hilary, are in the process of adopting a child. They are already patient, loving, fun parents to a beautiful 5-year-old girl, who cannot wait to be a sister. Keith and Hilary have had many ups and downs when it comes to expanding their family, but through all of the turmoil, they have clung to the hope that God would provide when and in the way He thought best for their family. They have been seeking and listening to God about what the next steps may be and He has led them to adoption!!
We believe God loves adoption. It isn't a new concept, but, rather, something God spoke of through Scripture. God adopts us into His family as His sons and daughters once we put our faith in Him. Adoption is God's way of taking we who are broken and placing us into His loving embrace. Likewise, there are children being born into broken or unsafe homes -- into the arms of mothers and fathers who simply don't have the means or capability to care for their child as that little soul deserves. God has placed a desire on Keith and Hilary's heart to open up their home in order to give these children the love they so desperately need.
Would you please give whatever you can to help fulfill Keith and Hilary's monetary needs? These funds are needed because, as many of us know, adoption is an expensive process. Keith and Hilary, along with many other adoptive parents, are working with an incredible agency who generously extend assistance and many services to biological parents and adoptees. But in order for the agency to continue in their mission, adoption fees are high. At this time, Keith and Hilary need about $15,000 to continue their journey of adopting a child. This amount is only half of their overall adoption fees.
Let's band together to lighten the load for our brother and sister in Christ, who are doing their best to be faithful to God by answering His call to adoption!
