In Loving Memory of Velia Peritania Tukuaoga – Our Faithful Prayer Warrior

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved mother, Velia Peritania Tukuaoga. After suffering a severe hemorrhagic stroke followed by a second stroke, she fought bravely while surrounded by love, prayers, and unwavering faith. Though she is no longer with us in the physical, we know without a doubt that her light continues to shine, and her spirit lives on in each of us.

Velia wasn’t just a mom, wife, sister, aunt, and grandmother—she was the heart and light of our family. Her life’s mission was simple but powerful:

Shine light. Stay positive. Lead people toward God's Kingdom.

And she lived that mission out loud—daily. Whether it was sending scriptures and words of encouragement to friends and family, lifting others in prayer, or showing love even during her own struggles, Mom was the living example of faith in action.

She was a devoted wife to our father, her partner in life and ministry. A loving mother of 5. A proud grandmother of 4. A cherished sister to 3 sisters and 2 brothers. And a beloved aunty to so many who felt her warmth, her joy, and her unwavering love. Her hugs are missed, her voice is missed, and the light she carried into every room is deeply missed.

We believe in honoring her legacy the way she lived—surrounded by love and uplifted by faith. That’s why we are now asking for support with her funeral and memorial arrangements. Your donations will help us:
