My name is Mohammed, I am 30 years old, and I live in Gaza.
Before the war, I had a home where I lived with my family in safety and peace. We had a stable source of income that allowed us to live with dignity, and our home was not just walls—it was our shelter, our comfort, and our sense of security.
When the war reached us, it destroyed everything we had built. We lost our home, the place that protected and embraced us, and with it we lost our safety and our memories. We also lost our only source of income, which had been the foundation of our daily life.
We were forced to flee and now live in tents under extremely harsh conditions. There is no proper shelter to protect us from the cold, our children suffer from illness, there is no access to adequate medical care, and clean drinking water is scarce. Every day has become a struggle for survival.
With heavy hearts, we share our story in the hope that it reaches kind and compassionate people. We ask for your support to help us rebuild the hope we have lost, provide warmth and safety for our children, and give us the chance to remain resilient during this displacement. Your kindness can help us secure our basic needs and restore a sense of dignity and stability to our lives.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for any support you can offer.
