Hi, my name is peyton, and i'm writing this with a heavy heart and hopeful hands. i'm reaching out on behalf of my wonderful parents, Darren and Julieanne, who are in desperate race against time. After 24 years of living in the home where they raised their family, a home full of memories, milestones, and meaning, they now have just two months to secure a mortgage deposit, or they risk losing it forever.

this isn't just a house, it's the heartbeat of our family. It's where birthdays were celebrated, tears were wiped away, and every Christmas felt like magic, it's where my parents poured their lives into creating a warm, stable home for me and my siblings. its a home that shaped who we are.

Now due to unexpected circumstances and a change in property ownership, they've been given the rare opportunity to buy the house themselves, but they need to raise the deposit in just two short months. without it, they will be forced to leave the only home they've known for nearly a quarter of a century.

this isn't just about walls and a roof, it's about mental health, stability and keeping our family home.

my sister has been diagnosed with agoraphobia, a debilitating anxiety disorder that makes it incredibly difficult, sometimes impossible for her to leave the safety of familiar spaces, i myself struggle with social anxiety, making the idea of change and instabiling deeply overwhelming among other mental health issues.

both me and my sister live just across the road from our parents, that closeness isn't just convenient, it's vital, it's a lifeline. the idea of our parents being forced to move away, possibly far from us, is simply unthinkable. the security of having them right there, their love, support and presence is something we rely on every single day.

this home is the center of our little world, and without it, we truly don't know how we'll cope; emotionally or mentally.

we are trying to raise £9000 to cover the mortgage deposit and associated costs to keep our parents in their home. darren and julieanne have worked tirelessly their whole lives. they are kind, humble, generous people who have given so much to everyone around them; but life hasn't made it easy to save this kind of money in such a short time.
