qasem destroyed home
As days passed, qasem and his family moved into a tent in a refugee camp. They lived under harsh conditions, but qasem did not lose hope. He helped sis with cooking and took care of his other sister, while sometimes attending school despite the challenges. qasem learned that perseverance was the key to survival. He shared his stories with his new friends in the camp, turning pain into strength and expressing his feelings through writing. He understood that their voices, despite the surrounding silence, could be heard.

With each new dawn, qasem and the family welcomed the day with a smile. His family was his passion, and despite the difficulties, they were always together. qasem knew that hope would not die, and that tomorrow held new promises, even if life was in a tent.

During period of displacement, qasem’s father was injured when a house opposite to them was bombed. He will require treatment abroad to remove a piece of iron from his leg that causes him pain.
