Help the family obtain custody of Nessa’s children

Thank you all so much for your previous donations that helped the family lay Vanessa to rest. As many already know, the sudden passing of Vanessa has left her children without their sole nurturer and provider. While the family has come together to ensure their continued well being, we face some legal barriers that prevent us from doing the things that need to be done for them such as treating their medical needs, being involved in their education and the many other things required to meet the needs of growing children. 

A decision has been made to obtain full legal custody in order to raise Vanessa’s children in the best way possible and so that all their needs may be met. While this is absolutely necessary, it is also very costly. An attorney has already been sought out and we are ready to get the process started. What is being requested at this time are donations to obtain the attorney and cover all court fees. 

With this decision, we hope to at least create stability for the children after this traumatic experience and obtain a bit of peace for us all as we do our best to try and move forward for them.
