Van Haven Family Fund

An MMC family that left us last year have suffered a tragic loss. Ray Van Haven died in an accident on August 14th and leaves behind three primary school aged children - Leon, Kaito and Megumi, and their mother Mai. All of you will understand the significant financial strain associated with this type of bereavement. As a result, some MMS families have organised a Go Fund Me account to support Mai and the children.

As MMC community members and friends of the Van Haven family Mayumi and myself (Joanna) would like to thankyou for your generous donation. Each and every contribution matters and has assisted us to exceed our goal. The Go Fund Me will be open until 5pm Friday 30 August. At which time I will transfer the funds to Mai and her children to help cover any additional costs they are experiencing.
