Van feed

My name is Christine and I am the Manager of a little but growing food bank, called Generously Blessed (GB) In partnership with RRF charity 1045990,

We run it from the hockwell ring community centre every Friday afternoon it starts from 12-2,and we have been running this for the past 4 months, I have been doing a lot of volunteering roles years before I decided to startup ,We also support another church with food in the Monday mount pleasant rd , In a week we feed over 200 people. We have lovely partners Lidl, Aldi, Coop, some corner stores and Sainsbury’s that donate fresh as well as tin food to us for this cause. There has been a considerable increase in the recipients coming to collect. I have personally served a nurse a food parcels and I’m happy we could help her.

Due to the increase in recipients we need to collect more food and the struggle is a van to fulfil this purpose. I donot have a van most times we hire one, which is incurred cost,

we need ur help for this cause and what ever is left we hope to donated to the Hockwell community centre to repair the leaking roof.
