My name is Jerry Burks; my wife is Valerie Burks.

I am sad to let everyone know that Valerie passed away in my arms at home on Saturday, Sept 24th, at 4 pm. She has been in and out of the hospital multiple times this year. Friday, she was admitted into hospice care again and arrived home from the hospital on Friday, the 23rd. I have been her sole caregiver and sole provider all this time. Any extra funds would help with household expenses finalizing memorial plans, and final costs. Vals memorial details will be posted on FB and here soon.
