Hi everyone, my name is Tom. On April 4th, a group of close friends and I will be taking on the Hardman Valentia Island Half Marathon and 10k. We are running to raise vital funds for the Irish Cancer Society and Marymount Hospice.

We are also running for all those touched by cancer. With 1 in 2 people in Ireland receiving a diagnosis in their lifetime, these services are essential.

The Irish Cancer Society is the largest voluntary funder of cancer research in Ireland, investing €4 million annually into life-saving work.

Marymount Hospice provides world-class compassionate care and support to patients and families during their most difficult days.

All donations will be split 50/50 between these two causes. Any support—whether it's a donation or a share—means the world to us and keeps us moving toward the finish line.
