Isaac's Eagle Scout Project

Hello!

This past year I have been designing and creating my Eagle Scout project to be able to achieve the Eagle Scout rank in my Boy Scout Troop. For this project I decided to work with my local elementary school, Harelson Elementary, to build a new sandbox with an accompanying shade structure. I started Boy Scouts as a way to connect with some friends that I normally did not see and after learning that it was possible for me to become an Eagle Scout, I imparted on my journey to the top! I really enjoy Boy Scouts because of the interesting and useful things that I am able to learn from fellow scouts and the scout leaders.

The goal of this project is to provide the students of Harelson Elementary with a new piece of entertainment to enjoy while at recess and to give me an opportunity to lead the project from beginning to end. This project requires support in a variety of ways and I appreciate your interest in financially supporting my project. To execute this project it will take approximately $1,000 for materials (boards, sand, poles, concrete, and shade cover).
