Support the Smith Family After Devastating Fire

RWHOA (Russet Woods HOA) was alerted to a home fire on South Chase Circle today around 11:30am, Monday, May 5, 2025.
Alton and Kassandra Smith and family's house caught fire. Thankfully, they are safe and were not home when the fire started; however, their four (4) dogs and two (2) cats were lost in the fire.
You might know their children, their daughter who is on the Color Guard and their son who is involved in the Marching Band at Hoover High School. Their youngest attends Brocks Gap.
They will be staying with family until insurance sets us up with a space to stay.
As you can see from the pictures, they suffered a great loss and if you are able to help, please support them first with prayers and if you are able, please support them through this GoFundMe account.
