Help Homeless Family of 7!!

Neighbors, Families & Friends,
There is a family of 7 living in their car in Venice, CA. The family consists of 5 children, their mom and grandmother. They have been living in their car off and on for almost 2 years.
The children are: Orlando (age 12), Linda (age 11), Carlos (age 10), Mia (age 8) and Julian (age 7). I met them randomly at a park in Culver City during a friends sons birthday party over a month ago. They were getting into mischief and we later discovered they were living in their car in the parking lot.
Last week, I saw them again, this time parked next to my shop. Soon enough I discovered their car had stopped working and the mechanic next door was trying to fix their car. Unfortunately, they could not afford to fix it, so they have been there ever since.
When they first came, they were (obviously extremely bored) and would break things at my shop on purpose. I had a very firm talk with them about respect and I told them if they are respectful I will teach them art, sewing, and how to make things. Their faces lit up and now they've been at our shop all week. They are now incredibly sweet, eager to learn new things, eager to help, very polite and so giving! They really are great kids who just need a chance and hope!
The Mother, Raquel has really fallen on hard times. She is the victim of abuse, left that situation and started over. She rented an apartment that flooded from the upper unit. The landlords never fixed the leak and it turns out the people were illegally renting out units, when they did not own the building. They were evicted and went to a motel. Raquel also suffers from seizures and during one of her seizures she was unconscious in public and her phone, purse and belongings were stolen from her. (She also needs to see a neurologist but has not been able to).
They could no longer afford the motel so they moved into the car where they have been off and on for 2 years. The church next door to us gives them breakfast, but no lunch or dinner. When we found that out we have been providing food for them with our own money and donations from a local family.
Their goal is to purchase another vehicle or fix the one they have and drive to Oklahoma, where they have an uncle they can stay with.

They have a lot of non-monetary needs as well, if you are able to help.
Drop off is at Amiga Wild, 2124 Lincoln Blvd., Venice, CA 90291.
What they need: Raquel needs a phone, laptops (used is fine) for zoom school, volunteers to teach them something, uber gift cards, gas gift cards. If they are still here by Christmas, we will make something happen for them.
Thank you for reading and every dollar helps!!
