As a native Bostonian, community means everything to me. I am deeply saddened by the impact Covid-19 has had on our community and I want to share my passion to help those in need. Fitness has been my go-to medicine for 30 years and now more than ever, boy, do I need it. And I'm guessing you do too! Let's come together, sweat, and support our neighbors who have been greatly impacted by this global pandemic.
Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Corey C. Griffin Charitable Foundation who has come together with the Boston Police Department's Bureau of Community Policing. CCG is cutting out the middleman with this grassroots initiative to respond quickly and compassionately to our neighbors. Your donation will have an immediate impact on "Corey's Kids" through his boots on the ground initiative.

This Saturday 5/9 @ 12 EDT I'll be offering a virtual 45 min barre fusion class from my living room. All proceeds benefit the work the CCG family is doing with Boston Police Department and Stop and Shop to provide food to families who have been greatly impacted by this pandemic.
After donating ($5 minimum), you'll be emailed Zoom details 1 hour prior to class. If you've already donated, you'll automatically receive the Zoom meeting info on Saturday @ 11 EDT. Looking forward to sweating with you for a great cause!
