Several weeks ago Thomas Handley a beautiful 13 month old little boy fell ill and after extensive tests a large tumour was found in his liver. The thought of any parent being told the heartbreaking news their child has cancer is unimaginable especially at such a young age. Thomas and his parents are staying strong and fighting hard as he begins his chemotherapy at Southampton General Hospital whilst also under specialist care at Kings College Hospital in London. After a recent family house move and with the advice that because Thomas will be immunocompromised he is to have minimal interaction with anyone but his parents. Due to this close friends of Thomas’ parents will be providing Thomas with a brand new garden followed by interior house decoration while their valuable time is spent caring for Thomas and the many trips to and from hospital. Any kind donations will be spent towards providing Thomas and his family with his new garden and any other items he may require in the near future. Thank you in advance and let’s all pray that brave Thomas wins his battle with cancer.
Daniel, Vicky, ellie and Thomas have been so strong through out all this, and I would just like to try and raise a little bit of money for this amazing family to try and make this whole situation that bit easily for them.
