We are 1260 (Newark & District) Air Cadet Squadron, a dedicated group of young people aged 12–20 who are passionate about aviation, leadership, adventure, and serving our community. As part of the Royal Air Force Air Cadets, we take pride in offering life-changing experiences that build confidence, teamwork, and essential life skills.

Our current minibus has served us well over the years, transporting cadets to flying, camps, community events, parades, competitions, and more. Unfortunately, it’s now outdated and no longer reliable or cost-effective to maintain. Without a functioning vehicle, our ability to participate fully in the wide range of activities that define the cadet experience is seriously limited.

That’s why we’re launching this fundraising campaign—to raise £15,000 for a safe, reliable, and accessible new vehicle that will keep our cadets on the move and ensure every young person can benefit from everything the Air Cadet programme has to offer.

Every donation, big or small, will bring us one step closer to our goal. Whether you’re a friend, family member, ex-cadet, local business, or just someone who believes in giving youth the best start in life!

Please donate and share. Let’s keep 1260 Squadron rolling forward!

Thank you for your support.
