Justice for Dads

Hi, my name is Carl and I was the full time parent for my son for 8 years. For all that know me, I have been a single Dad and brought my son up putting my son first always. I have done as much as I can financially and mentally over the last 7 months legally, but now need your support.

I have not seen my son since 12th December, with him missing out on seeing myself and his family and friends.

As you all know, I would kick myself if I never went into battle fully prepared to get my son back home. I have tried as much as I can to do this alone, but have now accepted financially I can’t do this on my own.

I have already been here before, back in 2021 and had the court order put in place to protect my son, but the legal system is an out dated and old fashioned system, I have to do it again, and financially I can’t do this alone.

I am back at court for the final time next month, having represented myself over the last 7 months myself. I know I would kick myself if I never got over the final hurdle by your support and also accepting, that reaching out, with the power of help, charity and HOPE, we can get my son, back home where he belongs.

Alienation, metal bullying and children are used as weapons in battles. I need to carry on fighting for my son, dads and mums around the world and have now realised that I can’t do this alone.

I have had too many sleepless night, gone through a grieving process and accepted that I need financial support.

I hate to be think how all of this is effecting my son, as a child, he should never be stuck in the middle of all of this.
