I am embarrassed that I am asking for help, but I am desperate. My wife still lives in the Philippines, and money has been tight because I am supporting two households...my place in Hawaii and our place in the Philippines where my wife and son live.

This morning she had an accident as a passenger on a motorcycle and she fractured her skull, and needs surgery ASAP. It is different in the Philippines because people don't carry medical insurance like here, but medical procedures are much cheaper. Her procedure will cost about 300,000 pesos or about $6,000. Unfortunately, I do not have that available and just recently took out a personal loan, so that isn't an option for me. This is why I am resorting to GoFundMe.
