<div><strong>This morning she had an accident as a passenger on a motorcycle and she fractured her skull, and needs surgery ASAP.</strong> It is different in the Philippines because people don't carry medical insurance like here, but medical procedures are much cheaper. <strong>Her procedure will cost about 300,000 pesos or about $6,000.</strong> Unfortunately, I do not have that available and just recently took out a personal loan, so that isn't an option for me.
