I'm reaching out on behalf of my father-in-law, who is currently in urgent need of medical care in the Philippines. Last night, he suffered a serious fall and broke his hip. On top of that, doctors have discovered that he also needs a hernia repair — both conditions requiring immediate surgical intervention.

Unfortunately, the healthcare system in the Philippines requires patients to pay for surgery upfront before they can be treated. As he is unable to travel back to the U.S. for care, we’re doing everything we can to get him the help he needs locally, but the cost is beyond what our family can manage alone.

We are aiming to raise between $5,000 and $10,000 to cover the cost of the surgeries, hospital stay, and post-operative care. Any amount you can give — big or small — will make a huge difference and help ensure he receives the life-saving care he urgently needs.
