This past week, my family experienced the devastation of unexpectedly losing my father.

My dad was one of the soul caregivers for my mother who suffers from Multiple Sclerosis and needs extensive assistance and care. I am stepping up to the plate to take on my father’s place as caregiver until my mom and I can find a more permanent solution.

Because of this, I have to leave NYC and am unable to access a steady income to cover my apartment rent, utilities, food, gas for the car in Delaware, and other necessities. I have never asked for help in this way before, but desperate times call for desperate measures. I am humbly asking for any financial assistance I can access to help put me in the best possible position to care for my mother.
