Urgent Support Needed for Wendy & Amanda's Mom

A Sudden Loss, A Call for Help

Our family is heartbroken to share that Ron Stites, our mother’s beloved husband and devoted caregiver, passed away unexpectedly on March 25th. His loss has left an unimaginable void—not only emotionally, but practically. Ron was our mother’s greatest love, her rock, and her full-time caregiver as she battles dementia, COPD, and other debilitating health challenges. Without him, she is unable to manage even the most basic daily needs.

Our Mother’s Immediate Needs
Tragically, Ron and our mother had no life insurance nor a will in place. All their assets are now frozen in probate court, leaving us in limbo for an unknown length of time. To ensure Mom’s safety and care, we’ve had to use the limited funds they had in their bank account to secure urgent round-the-clock support. But these resources are dwindling rapidly, and we face an uncertain road ahead.

A Humble Request for Support
It’s never easy to ask for help—especially when so many are already facing hardships. But as a family, we’ve exhausted every option. We’re now turning to our extended community, friends, and loved ones in this moment of crisis. Any contribution, no matter the size, will go directly toward securing Mom’s medical care, housing, and essential daily needs.
