Urgent Relief for two Afghan Families in Need

I am starting this GoFundMe campaign to raise critical funds for two families from my community in Afghanistan who are in dire need of help.

The first family is struggling after the father, Langar Khan who served in the military during the republic, lost his job and is now unemployed. This family is living in extreme poverty, with two daughters who are chronically ill and in constant need of medical treatment. The harsh economic conditions have taken a devastating toll on them. Tragically, their 17-year-old son recently passed away due to the overwhelming burden of poverty and despair. This loss has left the family in an even more precarious situation, and they desperately need our help to survive.

The second family has been torn apart by tragedy. The father was killed, leaving behind a mother named Amina whose kidneys have failed. She recently underwent a kidney transplant but is now seriously ill and hospitalized. This family also includes a 10-year-old daughter and an elderly, sick grandmother who require care and assistance. With the mother gravely ill, the family’s situation is critical, and they are struggling to meet even their most basic needs.

All funds raised will be sent directly to the families through secure channels. The funds for the first family will be sent to Langar Khan, the father, to cover the medical and living expenses of his family. The second family’s funds will be sent to Amina, the mother, to support her medical treatment and care for her daughter and elderly mother.

The funds will be allocated as follows:

Medical Treatment: To cover the ongoing medical expenses for Langar Khan’s daughters and Amina’s post-transplant care.

Basic Necessities: To provide food, shelter, and essential living expenses for both families.

Support for Children and the Elderly: To ensure that the children in both families, as well as Amina’s elderly mother, receive the care and support they need.
