Our family is going through something really unexpected, and we’re asking for a little help and support.

My little sister, Laycie, is 8 months pregnant and was recently diagnosed with a serious heart condition. What should be a time filled with excitement and preparation has quickly turned into a time of worry and constant medical attention. She is now being sent to UCLA for further testing and close monitoring to make sure both her and her baby stay safe.

She’s not only fighting for her own health, but for the life of her unborn child… and trying to stay strong for her two little girls at home who still need their mom every single day.

With all of this happening so quickly, the financial strain is starting to build. Between travel back and forth to UCLA, time away from work, rent, gas, and having family come into town to help care for her daughters while she’s at appointments and in the hospital, it’s becoming overwhelming.

If you know my sister, you know how strong, loving, and selfless she is. She has always been the one to show up for everyone else… and now she needs us.

We are asking for any support—whether it’s a donation, a share, or simply keeping her in your thoughts and prayers. Every single bit helps lift some of the weight off her shoulders so she can focus on what matters most: her health and her baby.
