Urgent: Support a Grandma's Adoption Journey

Please help me with adopting my grandchildren

I always said I would do anything for my grandkids so, I’m throwing every ounce of pride I have out the window and am asking for help.

Little back story…..I raised my grandchildren for almost 3 years until July 2016 when the judge sent them back to “Mom and Dad”. I was cut off from them, did not have any contact (which almost killed me). My mom passed in October of 2016 and 2 weeks later I moved. Where I moved already had everything so I got rid of or donated a LOT of my stuff (dining room table, coffee tables, end tables, sectional, etc) Fast forward 6 years and my grandchildren went back into state custody. I was not able to take them at that time due to living arrangements but, established a good relationship with the foster family and have been getting them every other weekend for the past 2 years. The foster family was going to adopt and I could continue to be grandma. Well, I received notice roughly 2 months ago that (due to circumstances beyond their control) they are not able to adopt. If I do not adopt, they will be moved to Minnesota and I will never see them again. I lost my job on October 11th and have not been getting unemployment. I am leaving the relationship I’ve been in for 8 years, and am moving to the town they live in. I am doing everything I can to make the transition for the kids as easy as possible. I found a job in Topeka and start on December 16th (so obviously no Christmas). I found out last week that the state wants me in a place and set up by Jan 6th. I have enough to get into a place but need help with moving expenses (do not have anyone to help so have to hire movers) and will need several things to get set up and several things (beds, dressers, etc) for the kids. I know things are hard for everyone right now but, if anyone can help in any way, I would appreciate it more than I could ever say. Thank you!!
