Over the past year, our family has experienced an unexpected housing crisis changing our whole lives as we knew it. In the event of losing our farm, this has caused extensive trauma along with loss that left us without a stable place to feel safe, rest, and play. Many people have reached out asking how they can help and wanting to support in some way or send something for the kiddos. This GoFundMe was created only to provide a safe and respectful place for those who wish to give and support to my children in the unfortunate endeavor of starting over at square one.

Every contribution will go directly toward the care, stability, and current and future needs of the kiddos — including their immediate needs, emotional support, their continued education, and whatever is required to help them heal and move forward into a new place they can call home and all they deserve that comes with that we had to leave behind in the loss of our farm home we loved so much.

Since being displaced from our 3 bedroom home, I have been doing everything I can to stay afloat while living in temporary hotel housing — which has been both emotionally and financially exhausting. I am praying this is just a stepping stone that guides us to our new path.

I can't wait for them feel secure in their own spaces again. Children never deserve the feeling of displacement and loss of cherished things and the place they call home. They should have nothing to worry about but to grow, laugh, and thrive where they deserve to be.

We are actively working toward securing a 3-4 bedroom home. Nothing fancy. Your outlook on things change when life just, happens, doesn't it. To call a place ours, healthy and habitable, and most of all secure so that my children can finally have consistency, safety, and a place to truly settle without doubt nor fear I pray is in our near future.

This unexpected and painful transition requires multiple upfront costs, deposits, and additional bridge expenses that are difficult to cover while paying daily hotel rates.

The goal is not luxury — it is pure stability. A safe environment where my children can continue attending school in their current environment with no interruption, rest peacefully, and regain that sense of normalcy again after months of uncertainty.

I try my best with fun, activities and love, but I'm sure this doesn't feel like a vacation to them anymore... that saying probably only lasted this Momma so long, ha..
