East Oakland Community Project is a shelter program, one of the largest in Oakland, California. We provide services that keep the unhoused off the streets of Oakland. The City of Oakland has repeatedly failed to pay its bills for services rendered dating back to July 2025. We know that this is situation coming from the top. But we are on the front lines and we need all the help we can get. We want to continue to make the impact of saving lives, housing families and making sure those who are forgotten will be self-sufficient.

We cannot pay our staff, our client landlords, or the food that feeds our homeless community. How can you help? Every little bit adds to funds to support EOCP.
