Urgent: Safe Living for Dalton and Anna's Family

Donation protected
Please help: Dalton Drake and Anna and their family—7-year-old daughter Allison, 1-year-old son Rimuru, and Anna, who is pregnant with her third child, due this May. They live in Appleton City, Missouri, in a double-wide trailer that has the roof caving in and is full of black mold, dangerous for their health. They need $15,000 to help move a used trailer in good condition to their land. The owner of the used trailer has allowed them to make payments.
WE NEED TO RAISE $15,000 total. The money raised will help pay a moving company to move the used double wide trailer from another location and set it up. A professional moving company has graciouly offered $15,000 to move and set up. (2 others quoted $20K and $25K) This is where they need help financially.

HOW WE FOUND THIS FAMILY: My friend Tiffany Perry is a mother of 7 children. It was 4 days before Christmas, and Tiffany was asking the Lord in prayer if she was supposed to help a family in need. She asked the Lord if He would open that door if He wanted her to. The next day, she was told about a family that was needing Christmas gifts for their kids. She knew immediately that this was an answer to her prayer. She took a trip to deliver the gifts to this beautiful family on Christmas Eve and realized they needed more than that. When she walked inside the house, she saw the ceilings caving in and only subflooring. The more she walked around, the more she saw black mold and smelled it. She saw boards holding up the ceilings. After she gave the gifts to everyone, she left asking herself how she could help this amazing family get back on their feet. With a baby on the way, she knew that she needed to make something happen quickly!! This is where we need all of you to please help us raise the money to get them out of this situation quickly. The current house they live in is hazardous to their health. Tiffany called me, and we teamed up to come up with a plan to help this family.

Proverbs 19:17 Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will repay him for his deed.

They currently owe $4216.11 total to pay on their land for the trailer. Most all of it has been paid off. A local church is fundraising for this. Break down: $614.11 for taxes, $1222.00 for title insurance and recording fees with the county, and $2700 to pay off the remaining note on the land.
